Fairclough Hall Farm has 25 different office and commercial units at present.

Converted to a high standard and maintained in excellent condition, the offices here range in size from 350 ft 2 to 4000 ft 2. They attract a wide diversity of clients from accountants to designers. All have been attracted by the good value for money that these offices offer, the reliable 50mb (subject to increase) broadband speeds, the environmentally friendly heating supply, combined with the ample parking and prestige of the location.

Small or large office?
This obviously depends on the size of your company and the number of employees. Generally for the smaller units we offer a service charge and look after the running of the office, but for the larger units where there are more staff to take control of the running of the office, this is done in house.

The Granary is our serviced accommodation that offers space for smaller companies, or for businesses that have just taken the leap out of the owner’s home, or even a satellite office to a larger company based elsewhere.

Commercial space
Separate from the offices at the farm are several units that are used for light industrial and storage uses. These units all have their own small office and toilet facilities, so are self contained, and general purpose storage areas. These units range from 900 sq ft upto 5500 sq ft.

All have great access and plenty of parking.
