Fairclough Hall Farm offers a range of offices from 200 sq ft to over 3000 sq ft.
All of the modern offices are serviced by super-fast leased line fibre broadband with a microwave backup for the ultimate in resilience, there is ample parking on-site for your team and clients and the offices are heated using sustainable biomass woodfuel sourced from accredited suppliers.

Workshop/storage
Our first commercial units were storage units, which are also used as workshops. Some of these have been reused as offices over time, but we do still have some commercial space.
These also benefit from superfast broadband, are heated and have plenty of parking.
Our smaller offices tend to have most services included within their rent, and we also tend to be very flexible over the length of the lease, so that your performance is not limited by the space you occupy. There is also plenty of parking for both you and your visitors on-site and a great café to entertain them.
